Golf Cart & Go Kart Platforms We Can Support

On the kart side we build steering and linkage hardware for machines such as TrailMaster MINI XRS+, Mud Monster, MID XRX and Cheetah 6. On the cart side our strongest existing fitment is Club Car Precedent, Tempo and Onward with RHOX A-arm lift kits, while E-Z-GO, Yamaha, ICON and Evolution programs can be quoted from samples, drawings and measurements.

01

TrailMaster MINI XRS+

A children’s kart, which means small-bore steering hardware and a low tolerance for slop. 3/8″ tie rod ends and ball joint linkage do most of the work.

02

TrailMaster 196cc MID XRX

The step up in size and speed. Adjustable tie rod kits start to matter here because alignment becomes something you tune rather than accept.

03

TrailMaster Cheetah 6

Performance build territory. Steering precision and joint wear life become the deciding factors rather than purchase price.

04

Mud Monster XL 212cc

Off-road duty, so sealing and corrosion resistance come first. Zinc-plated rod ends earn their keep in mud that never fully washes off.

05

Club Car Onward

Together with Precedent and Tempo, this is our deepest golf cart coverage — we already make the replacement heim joints for RHOX A-arm lift kits on all three.

06

E-Z-GO Liberty, ELiTE & Valor 4

Fleet and recreational carts where replacement volume, not novelty, is what a distributor is buying. Steering and wheel hardware carry the demand.

07

Yamaha Golf

A long-lived platform with a mature parts market. Wheel spacers, rims and bearings move steadily rather than seasonally.

08

Evolution & ICON

The newer wave of lifestyle carts, heavily personalised by their owners. Steering wheels, spacers and anodised finishes are where the margin sits.

And Many More

These are common platforms for cart and kart hardware programs, not a limit. Tell us the model, the part and the critical measurements, and our team will confirm what can be supplied — contact us for a consultation.

How we confirm fitment: by the measurement, not the model name. Karts in particular are assembled from mixed-source components, so two machines wearing the same badge can carry different thread pitches and bore sizes. Send the thread size, bore and centre-to-centre length — or just the old part — and we will confirm before quoting. How to measure a rod end properly covers exactly what to write down.

Two Vehicles, Four Different Parts Lists

Golf carts and go karts sit on the same page because they are bought by the same distributors, not because they need the same parts. Within each, the buying pattern splits again — a kids’ kart and a race kart share almost nothing, and a resort fleet cart has nothing in common with a lifted custom build.

Go kart driver for entry-level kart steering and linkage parts

Kids & Entry-Level Karts

Price-sensitive, high-volume, and bought as replacement parts rather than upgrades. What matters is that the linkage arrives correct and complete — a parent replacing a bent tie rod is not going to source ball joints separately. Complete linkage kits sell here; loose components do not.

Common requests: complete tie rod linkage kits · 3/8″ rod ends · ball joints
Go kart driver drifting through a turn on a racing circuit

Performance & Off-Road Karts

Alignment becomes a setting rather than a factory condition, which puts adjustable tie rods and quality rod ends at the centre of everything. Off-road karts add a corrosion problem on top — mud, grit and pressure washing are harder on a joint than the racing is. The same 3/8″ hardware also fits racing buggies and mini sprint cars.

Common requests: adjustable tie rod kits · zinc-plated rod ends · steering wheels
Fleet golf carts for resort and utility cart replacement parts

Fleet & Utility Golf Carts

Resorts, courses and campuses running dozens of identical vehicles, where the buying decision is about consistency and lead time rather than specification. A batch that varies is a maintenance problem multiplied by fleet size. Wear items and steering hardware move on a predictable replacement cycle.

Common requests: steering hardware · wheel bearings · rims · replacement linkage
Utility golf cart for custom and lifted golf cart hardware programs

Lifted & Custom Golf Carts

The fastest-growing side of the market, and the one with real margin in it. A lift kit changes suspension geometry, which loads the A-arm joints far beyond what the factory parts were specified for — which is why replacement heim joints for RHOX lift kits became one of our steadiest golf cart lines. Same caution as any lifted vehicle: geometry that is left uncorrected shows up as wander and uneven tyre wear.

Common requests: lift kit heim joints · wheel spacers · steering wheels · anodised hardware

The common thread: on both vehicles almost everything worth selling runs through a steering linkage or a suspension joint. Getting one right means matching thread size, bore and centre-to-centre length, and using left- and right-hand threads at opposite ends so the rod adjusts by rotating rather than by coming apart. Our guide to RH and LH threads covers why that detail matters more than it looks.

What We Make for Golf Carts & Go Karts

Eight families across steering, suspension, drivetrain and parts. This is a steering-and-hardware catalogue more than a body-and-trim one — we make the components that carry load and control geometry, machined in our own 35,000 m² workshop on 19 CNC machines and 12 lathes.

3/8″-24 UNF 3/8 inch 24 male thread go kart tie rod ends with heim joint

Go Kart Tie Rod Ends & Steering Linkage

Steering | 3/8″-24 UNF male, 3/8″ bore | LH & RH, inch and metric

Precision heim joint rod ends in high-strength alloy steel with zinc plating or a custom finish, plus complete tie rod ball joint linkage kits made to your dimensions. The smooth swivel ball is what keeps steering accurate under load. The same hardware suits racing buggies and mini sprint cars, not only karts.

CM & XM Series Replacement golf cart heim joint for A-arm lift kit

Golf Cart Lift Kit Heim Joints

Suspension | Club Car Precedent, Tempo & Onward with RHOX lift kits

Replacement A-arm joints for lifted carts, in CM series for standard use and upgraded XM series where the cart actually goes off pavement. A lift kit puts loads through the A-arm joint that the factory part was never specified for, which is why this is a wear item on lifted carts rather than a lifetime one. Custom sizes available.

13″ & 350mm 13 inch 3-spoke golf cart steering wheel

Steering Wheels & Hub Adapters

Steering | 13″ (320/330mm) and 350mm | 6-bolt universal pattern

Three-spoke, deep dish and D-shape designs on a 6-bolt universal pattern that fits most carts without an adapter. Suede, leather, PU and PVC wrapping over an aluminium centre plate, all customisable — on lifestyle carts the wheel is the most visible upgrade there is, and the one owners personalise first. Hubs and backing plates made to match.

79 SKUs COM series metal to metal spherical plain bearings

Rod Ends, Heim Joints & Spherical Bearings

Parts | CM, XM, JMX and COM series | M6–M48 and 3/8″–2″

The full joint catalogue behind everything above — chromoly, carbon steel, stainless and aluminium bodies, PTFE-lined or metal-to-metal, in male and female with left- and right-hand thread throughout. Small bores are where kart and cart work lives, and small does not mean cheap: why M6 and M8 rod ends are an engineering choice.

Anodised Black anodised aluminium 10mm wheel spacer

Wheel Spacers & Hub Adapters

Drivetrain | From 10mm | 6-lug and custom bolt patterns

High-strength aluminium spacers, black anodised or in a colour matched to your branding, with hardware rated above grade 10.9. On a lifted cart they are what stops a wider tyre catching the body; on a kart they set track width. If you are unsure on sizing, what a wheel spacer actually does is the clearest explanation we have.

Inquire
OEM or Custom Customised plain wheel rim for utility vehicles

Wheel Rims & Wheel Bearings

Drivetrain | Custom rim sizes | Sealed bearings

Plain and customised rims built for utility and off-road duty, in high-strength material that resists wear, corrosion and impact, made to a range of wheel sizes for OEM replacement or a custom build. Sealed wheel bearings are produced alongside them — the two wear items on a fleet cart that get replaced together far more often than separately.

Weld-In Weld-in tube inserts and bungs for linkage builds

Tube Adapters, Bungs & Jam Nuts

Parts | 1/2″-20, 5/8″-18, 3/4″-16, 7/8″-14, 1 1/4″-12

Weld-in tube inserts in round, hex and heavy-wall square, plus jam nuts, misalignment spacers and washers. These are the parts a linkage build genuinely needs and the ones most often left off a quote — and getting the adjuster right is its own small skill: how bung adjuster nuts work.

From Drawing Precision CNC machined custom parts and brackets

Custom CNC Parts & Hardware

Parts | Aluminium, alloy steel, stainless, chromoly

The part that is not in anyone’s catalogue — a bracket for a custom build, a spindle spacer nobody stocks any more, a linkage to your own dimensions. Send a sample or a technical drawing and our engineering team works from that, with dimensions, materials and surface treatment all specified by you.

Straight about scope: we are a machined-components manufacturer, not a body-and-trim supplier. Steering, suspension joints, linkage, spacers, rims and bearings are made here; enclosures, seats, batteries and lighting are not our lines. If a project needs those alongside, say so early and we will tell you plainly what we can and cannot cover rather than quoting around it.

Sizes, Threads, Materials & Finishes

What each family can be specified in as standard. Anything outside these is a custom job rather than a refusal — send the drawing or the old part and we will quote against it.

Working across two sizing systems: karts and carts are the part of our catalogue where inch and metric threads collide most often, because the vehicles are assembled from mixed-source components. We supply both and we would rather confirm which one you have than assume — metric vs. inch, and how to choose explains the trap, and heim joint vs. tie rod end is the right starting point if you are deciding between the two designs.

Why Choose Our Golf Cart & Go Kart Parts

Four things that decide whether a part is worth putting your brand on — and what we actually do about each.

Manufacturing experience icon

20y+ Manufacturing Experience

We started in 1999 and have spent 26 years in precision parts manufacturing. Buyers looking for wholesale and long-term supply partnerships tend to care less about how long we have been here than about whether batch forty behaves like batch one — that is what the experience is actually for.

Customization icon

Full Customization Support

From model specification and material selection through to surface treatment. Send a sample or a technical drawing and our engineering team works from that — which on karts especially is often the only reliable route, since two machines wearing the same badge can carry different threads.

Flexible MOQ icon

Flexible MOQ Policy

From 50 pieces or $500 per order, so you can test a fitment, customise it and scale it without a heavy initial commitment. For a distributor deciding whether a new model’s parts will move, that is the difference between trying it and skipping it.

Supply network icon

Reliable In-House Production

Our own factory, 19 CNC machines and 12 lathes give us direct control over the parts that matter most: steering linkage, joints, spacers, rims, adapters and custom machined hardware. ISO 9001 certification, SGS verification and RoHS-compliant material options are available for documentation-heavy orders.

How Buying From Us Actually Works

The commercial questions every buyer asks first, answered up front rather than after three emails.

01

MOQ From 50 Pieces or $500

Our minimum is 50 pieces or a $500 order value. It flexes by line and by whether the part is a catalogue item or a custom development — tell us the family and target volume and we will give you a specific figure rather than a policy.

02

30 / 70 Payment Terms

A 30% deposit with the 70% balance before shipment. Flexible terms can be discussed for long-term partners once there is an ordering history behind the account.

03

Samples Before Bulk

Samples are available so you can assess quality, fit and performance before a bulk order. A sample fee may apply and is refunded once the order is officially confirmed — check the part on the actual vehicle before you commit to a container of them.

04

Custom From Drawing or Sample

Send a technical drawing or the old part and we build to it. Dimensions, materials, thread and bore sizing, surface treatment, anodise colour, logo engraving and branded packaging are all specified by you.

05

ISO 9001, SGS & RoHS Options

Our factory is ISO 9001 certified with SGS verification, and RoHS-compliant material options can be specified when the program requires them. In-house production and strict process control are what make batch-to-batch consistency achievable rather than accidental.

06

Worldwide Shipping

We export globally, and our logistics team arranges international shipping, assists with customs documentation and tracks delivery through. North America, Europe or Asia — the paperwork is prepared here rather than left to you.

Factory, not trading company: in-house production facilities, our own equipment and our own quality control, which is what makes competitive pricing and consistent supply possible at the same time. When something needs fixing you are talking to the people who machined it.

Three Steps to Start

We manufacture and customise golf cart and go kart parts and accessories. Contact us for catalogues, technical support or a custom solution.

01

Tell Us What You Need

Send the models you cover, the families you want quoted and your target quantities. A drawing or the old part is ideal — on karts especially, a measured component beats a model name almost every time.

02

Get Solution and Quote

Our team confirms compatibility, thread and bore sizing, material and finish, then sends a specific quote within 24 hours along with the catalogue so you can see the rest of the range while you decide.

03

Support at All Times

Sample approval, production under strict quality control, branded packaging and customs documentation. Whether it is before or after the sale, the same engineers and sales team stay on your account.

Request the golf cart and go kart parts catalogue and a factory quote — answered within 24 hours.

Golf Cart & Go Kart Parts FAQs

What distributors, dealerships and manufacturers ask most often before opening an account.

What golf cart and go kart platforms can you support? +

Existing product coverage includes go kart steering and linkage hardware for TrailMaster-style and Mud Monster-style platforms, plus Club Car Precedent, Tempo and Onward replacement heim joints for RHOX A-arm lift kits. E-Z-GO, Yamaha, ICON, Evolution and other cart programs can be quoted from samples, drawings and measurements. If you need support for additional models, contact us directly and our team will confirm compatibility rather than guessing at fitment.

What product categories do you offer? +

Four groups carry the golf cart and go kart volume. Steering — tie rod ends, ball joint linkage, adjustable tie rod kits, steering wheels and hub adapters. Suspension — lift kit heim joints for Club Car and RHOX A-arm kits. Drivetrain — wheel spacers, hub adapters, rims and wheel bearings. Parts — rod ends, heim joints and spherical bearings, tube adapters, bungs and jam nuts, plus custom CNC parts. Whether you need racing kart components or replacement cart parts for daily utility, the same workshop produces both.

What is your MOQ and payment policy? +

Flexible minimums starting from 50 pieces or $500 per order, with payment terms of 30% deposit and 70% balance before shipment. The low minimum is deliberate — it lets a wholesale buyer or distributor test a fitment before committing to volume, which is a more sensible way to build a catalogue than betting on it.

Do you provide global shipping? +

Yes — we export worldwide. Our logistics team arranges international shipping, assists with customs documentation and follows the shipment through to delivery. North America, Europe or Asia, the paperwork is prepared here rather than handed to you at the port.

Can you support full customization? +

Yes, and on this category it is often the better route. Provide a sample or technical drawing and we customise dimensions, materials and surface treatments to match. Karts in particular are assembled from mixed-source components, so a measured part is a far more reliable starting point than a model name — our engineering team works from what you send rather than from assumptions.

Are you a factory or a trading company? +

A factory. We have been manufacturing since 1999, with in-house production facilities, our own equipment and our own quality control. That is what makes competitive pricing and consistent supply possible at the same time, and it means a technical question goes to the people who made the part.

What certifications does your factory hold? +

ISO 9001 certification and SGS verification are available for factory and quality documentation. RoHS-compliant material options can be specified when the order or destination market requires them, so compliance needs are discussed before production rather than after a customer requests paperwork.

Do you provide samples before ordering? +

Yes. Samples are available for evaluation before a bulk order so you can assess quality, fit and performance on the actual vehicle. A sample fee may apply and is refunded after official order confirmation — on a steering or suspension part, fitting one before buying a container of them is simply good practice.
