When an order requires additional processes, custom machining or flexible batch capacity, SYZ works with about 30 qualified long-term partner workshops, mainly around Ningbo and Taizhou. Engineering, sourcing and quality control remain managed by SYZ.
Factory scale, equipment condition, production capability, quality record, pricing stability and delivery reliability are reviewed before a workshop becomes a long-term partner.
Partner workshop production follows SYZ drawings and tolerance requirements, or confirmed customer samples when a project starts from a physical reference part.
Partner workshops perform self-inspection, then SYZ applies sampling or final inspection so finished parts meet the same drawing, tolerance and order requirements before shipment.
Our Ningbo precision machining facility is organized into dedicated workshop zones, with additional capacity supported by closely-affiliated Jiangsu production bases and qualified partner workshops under SYZ quality control.


Our largest sector houses automated milling centers and high-speed lathes. Raw metal stocks are cut, bored, and threaded to micro-millimeter specifications in a climate-stabilized environment.
Fabricated assemblies and welded components are managed through SYZ drawings, confirmed samples, and inspection requirements, using suitable in-house, affiliated-base, or qualified partner capacity depending on the part.




Dimensional checks, hardness verification and inspection records are used to control critical features before shipment. CMM, projector and Rockwell hardness testing support order-level quality review.
Dedicated raw materials storage and seaworthy packing lines. Raw steel bars are heat-code sorted and cataloged, while completed batches are private-labeled and boxed for ocean freight shipping.


How rod ends, heim joints, linkage components, and custom suspension hardware move from raw material confirmation to CNC machining, threading, finishing, inspection, assembly, and shipment.
Steel, chromoly, stainless, aluminum, or titanium stock is checked against the project specification before cutting.
Rod end bodies, spacers, adapters, housings, and custom parts are machined to the approved drawing or sample.
Male/female threads, bores, tapers, and mounting interfaces are produced for RH/LH inch or metric requirements.
Heat treatment, black oxide, zinc plating, anodizing, polishing, or other finishes are applied as specified.
Balls, races, liners, spacers, jam nuts, boots, or kit hardware are assembled and dimensionally checked.
Private-label kits, bulk cartons, inspection records, and export packaging are prepared for shipment.
