A note on fitment: confirm by the part, not by the model year. Manufacturers change joint tapers, bore sizes and thread pitches mid-generation, so a year alone is not enough to quote against. Send the OE part number, a drawing, or clear photos of the existing part with a measurement reference and we will confirm before pricing. “Off-road” is not one market. A rock buggy, an overland truck, a desert racer and a trail-driven daily all load their suspension differently — and buy different parts as a result. Knowing which one your customers are is the fastest way to decide what to stock.


Low speed, extreme articulation, huge static loads. The suspension has to keep tyres on the ground through full compression and droop without binding, which puts everything on the joints. Our rock crawler build guide covers the geometry side properly.


Loaded, far from help, and driven for weeks at a time. Predictability and service life beat peak performance — parts have to stay quiet and stay together. There is a reason most overland rigs run parallel 4-link rather than anything more exotic.

High speed over repeated impact. Fatigue life is the constraint, not static strength, and a rig that steps sideways under load costs the driver confidence long before it breaks anything. Worth reading alongside how to prevent off-road rollovers.
The largest volume by far. A mild lift, decent tyres and weekends on the trail — but a lift changes geometry, and geometry that is left uncorrected shows up as wander and uneven tyre wear. Our breakdown of 3-link, 4-link and 5-link Wrangler setups is the usual starting point.
The common thread: lifting a truck moves the tie rod and control arm onto different arcs, and the toe angle starts changing every time the suspension cycles. That is bump steer, and it is the single most common complaint after a lift. Adjustable ends, correct-length links and misalignment spacers are what fix it — the detail is in how to avoid bump steer.

Complete 8-arm flex kits re-centre the axle and let you dial pinion and caster angle; anodised 6061-T6 clamp collars lock the rod ends after adjustment, and powder coat over zinc primer handles the corrosion side. Welded arms start at 50 sets, CNC billet at 10–20.


4130 chromoly housings with 52100 bearing steel balls, hard chrome or zinc plated. Forged Johnny joints are rebuildable rather than replaceable — the reason they end up in control arms that see mud for a living. The 1.75″ series is built for monster truck and 4-link loads; kits ship with tube adapters, spacers and jam nuts.


4130 chromoly as standard with 4340 and 300M available where loads justify it, CNC machined and finished in yellow or silver zinc. Adjustable and fixed versions both exist. On lifted trucks the upper joint is usually what limits things first, which is why the F150 upper is one of our steadiest lines.


High steer arms CNC machined from solid 6061-T6 or 7075-T6 billet for Dana 44 knuckles, with steel versions and custom hole spacing on request. Jeep JK drag links in 7075-T6 aluminium — stiffer in bending than steel at lower mass. Tie rod ends come greased and sealed from the factory, so they go on and stay serviced.


Adjustable track bars in 4130 chromoly, aluminium or titanium, CNC machined with precision threads — they put the axle back under the vehicle after a lift instead of leaving it offset. Radius rods run 6061 and 7075 billet in high-clearance profiles for long-travel builds.


Aluminium and steel stabiliser links in fixed, adjustable and disconnect styles. A lift leaves the factory link too short and the bar preloaded, which quietly costs articulation before the driver ever notices — longer or adjustable links give it back. Twenty catalogue variants, plus made-to-length.


Metal-to-metal and PTFE-lined, in carbon and stainless steel, plus high-misalignment versions for arms that cycle through big angles. This is where an IFS truck upgrade usually starts — a uniball in place of the OE bushing removes deflection under load, which is precisely what you feel as vague steering.


Threaded coilover sleeves and collar sets, shock eyelets and top mounts, piston rods, bump stops and tender springs. We already build these to functional tolerance for shock manufacturers, so an off-road brand assembling its own damper gets the same parts as the OEM programs rather than a catalogue substitute.

Front and rear HD bumpers in A3 carbon and manganese steel, black powder coated, cut with large approach angles rather than styled to look like it. All-steel running boards for JL 2- and 4-door, plus nerf bars, skid plates and light bar mounts. Logos, coatings and dimensions are all open to OEM/ODM change.

Inspect and clean regularly, and do not let mud and grit build up around the joints — that is what turns a sealed bearing into a grinding one. Keep an eye on suspension, tyres and drivetrain condition after hard runs. One caveat worth knowing: PTFE-lined rod ends should not be greased, since grease traps abrasive grit against the liner. Rebuildable Johnny joints, by contrast, are designed to be serviced. Maintenance guides are available for certain products.
