Both are all-terrain vehicles, but the structural difference between them drives a genuinely different parts mix. Worth being clear on before a catalogue gets built.


The four-wheeler or quad bike. Open structure with no roll cage, steered by motorcycle-style handlebars, and built on a lot of shared motorcycle componentry — which is why they get called four-wheeled motorcycles. Compact and agile, with lower protection.
What that means for parts: demand skews toward drivetrain wear items and handlebar-side steering components. Ball joints, tie rod ends, CV axles, belts and clutches carry the volume.


Developed from the ATV but far closer to a car: larger, side-by-side seating, steering wheel with accelerator and brake pedals, and fitted with roll cages and seat belts. Significantly higher protection, and it drives like a small off-road vehicle.
What that means for parts: a much wider basket. Long-travel suspension, steering wheels and racks, wheel spacers, bumpers, nerf bars and windshields all come into play alongside the same wear items.

How fitment is confirmed: by the part, not the model year. Manufacturers change specification mid-generation on axles, belts, ball joints and reverse chains, so the reliable inputs are an OE part number or clear photos of the existing part with a measurement reference. TIG-welded tube arms and CNC billet arms in high-clearance geometry, supplied with matched ball joints and bushings. Welded arms from 50 sets, billet from 10–20 sets because CNC setup favours smaller runs.


Machined from solid stock rather than formed from tube, supplied as direct bolt-on replacements with heavy-duty rod ends and hardware for long-travel, high-clearance and upgraded suspension programs.


Lightweight adjustable links running our own rod ends with matching jam nuts — a machined-plus-component assembly where both halves come from the same factory, so the thread fit is not a gamble.


Heat-treated shafts with precision-machined cages, races and bearings, supplied complete with clips, hardware and grease. Oversized shaft diameters and extended lengths available for long-travel and lift-kit builds.


Aramid-cord belts built for the heat, torque and dust of off-road duty, self-tensioning and self-lubricating. Consumables rather than repairs, which makes them the most predictable replenishment line in the whole range.


Machined to ±0.02mm on thickness, centre bore and bolt circle, with Grade 12.9 studs as standard. The cheapest stance and handling upgrade on the shelf, which keeps it at the top of the accessory list.
