I have been with SYZ Machine for ten years. Ten years sounds like a long time, but it has passed remarkably quickly. When I first walked into SYZ with hope and expectations, I never imagined how much would change around me or how many people and experiences would become part of my life.
The decade has included disappointment, pressure, bottlenecks, uncertainty, and hesitation. It has also brought happiness, security, achievement, and joy. Work and life have often been difficult to separate. That is why SYZ has given me more than a place to work. It has given me the confidence and stability to face life. Whether that strength came from the company’s support or from the abilities I built through work, I am grateful for this meeting of paths.
Over the years, I have learned that a long career is not only about completing tasks. It is also about experiencing change with the people around you, supporting one another, and growing together. Every colleague, collaboration, and ordinary workday has become part of a decade that cannot be replaced. Looking back, I value sincere relationships more than ever and understand more deeply how much a warm, dependable team can mean to personal growth. I hope to continue working with gratitude while also making room to enjoy life. I want to appreciate the people I meet, stay sincere, and do my best with each day. There is a sentence I often keep in mind, even though I still need to remind myself to live by it: “Everyone you meet is fighting a war you know nothing about. Be kind, always.”
