I joined SYZ Machine at the end of July 2024, and I have always felt fortunate about that decision. For the first time, I experienced the ease of a short commute. I also joined a team with a young, open, and welcoming atmosphere. I still remember the happiness of receiving my first order, the uncertainty of handling my first customer complaint, and the nervousness of meeting a customer face to face for the first time. Each experience reminded me that real work is different from what we imagine, and that growth often begins in unfamiliar moments.
When I entered the automotive parts industry, many products and business details were new to me. Fortunately, the team gave me time to learn and people were willing to analyze problems together. My manager has been especially important in my growth. Rather than simply telling me what to do, he has helped me understand how to think through a problem and why a particular response matters. Through repeated inquiries, conversations, and reviews, I have learned to handle challenges more rationally and focus on improving my own ability instead of dwelling on short-term setbacks. The company also encouraged us to use new tools, including AI. At first, I was simply curious. Over time, I found that these tools could help me organize information, learn products, and think more clearly about customer needs. Being able to work with new technology has made me proud because it reminds me that I am continuing to learn rather than standing still.
This experience has taught me that business development is not only about winning an order. It is also about understanding a customer, solving problems, and building trust over time. I am grateful to my colleagues for their support and companionship. We are not only coworkers; we have also become friends who encourage one another. The learning resources and opportunities provided by SYZ have helped me build a sense of belonging and purpose.
I hope to keep learning, reflecting, and turning every conversation into an opportunity to improve. At SYZ, I want to keep putting down roots while continuing to grow toward something better.
